Description
Our modern architecture building stretches on more than 2 000m² available surface. It has been build for cars with different floors linked by an inside ramp with a gentle slope in order to allow the access to the lowest cars.
Thanks to tinted tiles protecting from ultraviolet rays, the filtered daylight is present at every floor.
A ventilation system and many airing grilles are constantly airing the ambient air eliminating dust, humidity and local exhaust.
Thanks to its thermal insulation, the temperature is always stable and controlled.

Security
The establishment’s front has the sign of a hotel, so you have the guarantee of discretion and security. The access to the building is only possible with a magnetic card allowing the opening of a metallic curtain.
Our team will be present for each entrance and exit of the building.
The building has different floors, which makes infractions more difficult. Moreover, each floor is closed by heavy metallic firebreak doors.
Overtures that allow the daylight to enter are constituted of glassed waterproof tiles, sealed and inaccessible because situated several meters high.
A video system linked by computer 24h/24h allows a permanent surveillance.
Each floor is enlightened by many limelights.
